I just purchased this car, but am thinking I might be better off with something smaller that gets better gas mileage, as I'm going to college 4 hours away in the spring. It's a 1993 Cadillac Eldorado ETC touring coupe. The car runs and drives great. Very smooth and comfortable ride of course, as it is a Cadillac. Has just under 130,000 miles on it, and is automatic. Leather interior, power everything, sunroof, etc. It came from Texas, so the body is in very good shape, with no rust, and no real dings or dents. It has the Northstar 4.6l V8, which puts out 275 hp, but is also real good on gas for a V8 (about 24 mpg highway). Has new front ball joints and sway bar links. Also has new brakes all the way around (rotors, pads, calipers). Currently has a real leather custom made bra on it (www.carbras.com). Has 2006 Cadillac CTS wheels with good tires. Tint King 5% window tint on all windows. Recent tune-up. Also has a ton of money into the stereo system: Pioneer premier 400UB reciever: Ipod controls, over 200W, Remote controll. Eclipse Pro series: 4 way 500W 6x9's in rear + 3 way 350W 5" rounds in doors. Rockford Fosgate 800w 2 channel subwoofer amp. 2 Boston Acoustic 500W 10" subwoofers. Pro logic FIBERGLASS ported enclosure All wired with Monster wire
Has a little noise in the front end while driving from one of the struts. The car idles a little low and fluctuates a bit when first started up cold, for about the first 30 seconds. Doesn't effect the way it runs after that. Has some minor issues like I've said, but can be driven perfectly fine as-is right now. Great looking car, and the system sounds really good.
Bump. Need to sell it if i'm going to, as I need a car to drive. Can't sell it for a while once I get it registered and put on the road, as I'll have to wait for the title.
