needs i beleive clutch lever and cable,throttle cable hooked in carb cleaned carb, fluids changed was rebuilt last summer riding for about 6-7 hours tops  , will get pics , it got ufo plastics, chevy truck graphics, full exhaust , many other goodies but need some work good be a nice bike with some money and time

come to fine out its not the carb its the throttle cable in the body on the bars that locked up so i am currently putting it together and hope to have it running tonight or tomorrow

You posted a price of 400 yesterday now its on craigslist for $600 just cause you ran it. Quit working on it or no one will be able to afford it. if the price was still $400 I would buy it tonight.
