This is an 11" air filled rear mono shock with adjustable spring preload & air pressure. It also has aluminum alloy body and HD steel end pieces with rubber/metal bushings in the eyes. The spring is adjustable by the adjustment rings. It will add about 2 inches of height to your Mini. Fits the MODIFIED frame XR/CRF50 & XR/CRF 70 and their copies. I bought it not knowing it was for the modified framed 70's so it has never been ridden on. $55

I have no idea. On a stock 70 frame this shock does not move at all so its pretty stiff.
