I will formally introduce myself real quick for anyone who doesnt know me. My name is Brandon, and I run the parts department at Sport-Mann Honda. I am a parent of a 4 year old and 2 month old son(s). Anyone that has seen a crazy 3 year old run around Frozen Ocean or several D3 tracks will know me as "that crazy little guy"'s father.

On this SUNDAY, I REPEAT, THIS SUNDAY, News channel 9 is coming to Sport-Mann Honda / Suzuki to interview concerning the current situation with the CPSC and its detrimental factors. I wrote quite a few emails to all our local news stations expressing my concern, and at least News channel 9 has answered!

I AM INVITING ALL YOUTH RIDERS, I DONT CARE WHAT AGE, BUT ESPECIALLY UNDER 13, AND THEIR FAMILIES TO COME JOIN ME AND EXPRESS OUR CONCERN FOR THIS SITUATION. Please, I do not care if you dont buy parts, bikes, gear, accessories from us, it does not matter. This now involves your kids, my kids, their futures, and our right to live freely and happily! Please come down and stand by for support.

THIS SUNDAY AT 10 AM. THIS SUNDAY FEBRUARY 15TH AT 10 IN THE MORNING !!

For those of you completely unaware, We are currently (Honda, Suzuki, Kawasaki, Yamaha, KTM, Arctic Cat, Ski Doo etc..) not allowed to sell ANY BIKES, PARTS, ACCESSORIES that relate to the "lead factor" that the CPSC has felt will harm our children. NEW OR USED. What this means to you is YOUR KIDS WILL NOT BE ABLE TO RACE AND ENJOY THIS WONDERFUL SPORT. For those of you who have not read Greg Robinsons heart felt letter, you need to read it. We, Our, Our kids future is IN JEAPORDY!!!

ONCE AGAIN, PLEASE, I DONT CARE WHO THE HELL YOU ARE. COME STAND BEHIND ME WHEN CHANNEL 9 NEWS COMES TO GET AN IN DEPTH SCOOP ON OUR SITUATION.

Please pass this along to anyone you know, anyone you care about, your fellow racers, your competitors, your enemys. Just tell them to be at Sport-Mann Suzuki Honda on Sunday at 10 am.

   Hi Brandon! We were not able to make it out to your shop but I'll tell you if we were closer and had all our kids last night we would of been there!My kids also race D3 and we have been doing all we can up here near Lake George!
   We have contacted our newspapers and I have contacted our town supervisor that I went to school with and I'm praying he can put the bug in someones ear up the govenment ladder. He knows people who also know people so the more official government people we have on our side is good!
   We have also sighned every petition we have seen and have had everybody we know do the same.
    Only the people who have children that race can understand and feel the hurt that our kids are going through. My son Colby cried after hearing this and he is usualy very calm without a lot of emotion.
    This has hurt so many families that have children that race and the families that support our kids at every race!
    If we all make our point and be loud about it we may have the sport back that we all love so much

just to let everyone know, channel 9 will also be interviewing greg robinson (unadilla) about his letter to all of us and his facility later tomorrow afternoon! that is a great step for us, maybe someone will hear what we have to say and get the wheels spinning in the right direction. tomorrow at 10am, please try and stop by, even just to show your face for a quick second. channel 9 will be there between 10 - 10:30 am. thanks all!

Maybe ypu can convince Channel 9 to share this story and info with their local affiliates in Rochester and Buffalo NY. Maybe get this spread across the state

when will it be aired? or is it gonna be live?

 I am also working on WTEN for some help up here in Queensbury, New York.When I hear something back I will post it! I may not be there tommorow but I'm busting my tail getting this ball rolling up here! I've made good progress and my wife has also been working very hard and pretty much nonstop! We will all make a difference.

if the bill passed in august of 08 why are we just hearing about it now?when did the manufactures know?this is the first i heard of this/and i have to wounder if this is not going to be the end  of am mx i hope not!!!!!!!whats this country coming too?they have been trying to close am tracks around the country for years and if this sticks they will win

i was at the yamaha shop on sat and they were loading up a pw 50 they said it was purchased before this came about so when did it go in to effect
