i got a banshee frame its already striped and half of its sandblasted how much for u to finish the sandblasting and powdercoat it eithe yamaha blue or mettalic blue

if i get my hubs done, do i need to tear apart the wheel and put it back together or can i send you the whole rims and have you do it?
