Never blown up, only trail ridden.
FULL DESCRIPTION- The bike has a brand new top end, which was broken in the right way. The cylinder was honed, the ports were smoothed out and polished, and the powervalve was cleaned to a shine before the piston was installed. the powervalve spring was replaced with an aftermarket to make to powerband smoother and broader to keep the power strong everywhere without having an uncontrollable hit and then signing off early. It has never blown up and was only rebuilt to freshen it for the season. The new piston has less than 10 hours of trail riding and has 192PSI compression. The entire bike has less than 20 hours on it since new. The clutch is brand new, the rear wheel in the picture is different from what is currently on the bike. It has a new silver excell rim with a brand new Starcross MH3 tire, and brand new ktm-orange 50T Renthal sprocket, and brand new bearings and seals. the front tire is perfect. Brake rotors and pads are perfect. The front sprocket and chain are in great condition. The bars and levers are perfect. The radiators are not bent at ALL, and the fins havent even been bent. The plastics are about 5 short rides old. 5 Twin Air filters are included. Orange ASI radiator hoses. Pro Circuit Platinum pipe and Pro Circuit 304 factory sound silencer and BRAND NEW R-304 shorty silencer. The pipe has no dents. Brand new grips, brand new bar pad. WP(White Power) suspension is valved for roughly 150-170 and was freshened up at the end of last season only because the bike has been sitting since 2003 and needed new oil and seals. The carb is fully jetted for 60-70 degree weather at 1100 feet above sea level. 12 brand new BR8ECM plugs are included. Bike has never been raced. The steering/headset bearings are brand new. The rear suspension bolts/ and bearings are brand new. The swingarm bearings are brand new. Has full titanium bolts throughout the entire bike. Boyesen RAD valve reed cage with brand new reed petals with 0 hours. Brand new CDI. Brand new HotCoils ignition coil and brand new NGK performance ignition wire and plug boot. Brand new high flow filtered petcock on the gas tank. KTM Talk boasts about how the 2003 250SX is one of the fastest ever made. They changed a lot starting in 04 to make the bikes power delivery smoother and the power has much less of a hit. After the Pro Circuit pipe was added, the ports were smoothed out, the jetting was perfected, the RAD valve was installed, and the powervalve was upgraded, this thing is really smooth, easy to control and is predictable, plus it has more power than you will need and you wont have trouble keeping up with the fourstrokes while maintaining really light weight. The bike was cleaned after every single ride, chain was oiled, and forks were bled, and filter was cleaned. The transmission fluid was changed after every other ride. I changed the hydraulic fluid and flushed the radiators before putting fresh Engine Ice in today(March 30th)
Orange ASI radiator hoses, orange renthal sprocket, new tires, new rear wheelset, and new airbox are not pictured. I will post the pictures soon.

let me get it all finished will be done by friday ill take some pics and send them its a 2001 400ex (406cc) bored brand new not even installed top end new axle bearings swingarm bearings motor is gonna be gloss black maybe its real nice race cuts itp tires it needs a new left one all itp rims extra set of wheels and tires and needs a battery
