my friend has a 2002 honda cr125r. the ring froze up on it and he put a new topend in it he only has maybe 10hrs on the new topend and the ring is froze up again the bike only has 60 compression
what would cause it to do that again?
any help would be great

is there coolant in it? are you mixing the gas to the right ratio?

is it jetted too lean,is the plug too white

nope its jetted fine. it started today then dyed out and he checked the sprak plug and it was fouled so he put a new one in and it wouldent start.

I would check the bore size of the cylinder and have the cylnder inspected by a motor builder
