and a yz125 that needs a new top end and some cylinder work done

there is nothing wrong with the 04 -05 motors,  the oil squirter mod only comes into play  with people who do poor maintence, and even then 99% of the time its not a issue, and there is barely a  difference in performance  from the 440 to the 450, not to justify  spending a grand  more,, especially if its in good shape

its a stock 04 motor in it, runs strong
