Go see Rich Daily at Dynoport in Auburn. He's done a ton of bikes for me over the years and they ripped! They have a website: Dynoport.com

TLR Performance !!! I would not use any one else. He has Built engines for Brandon Mays, Sunny Drake , Eric Goodson , Drew Yenrich To name a few heavy hitters on the Amateur National circuit. You can call him 7 days a week and he will answer his phone. www.tlrperformance.com You wont regret it. I have tried everyone he is simple the best. And I forgot to mention Resonable Prices.

TLR does a great motor too, no doubt. I own Matt Eastman's 07 cr450f and it has a TLR motor. The only downside to owning a TLR motor is that you have to ship everything to FL where with Dynoport you can drive your stuff out to Auburn and drop it off and pick it up (no shipping) and you can deal with your motor guy face to face to deal with any problems or concerns. Just a thought.

1-check your jetting in your carb its is possibly that it is not jetted corectly or yr mixture is not correct or your carb just mite need a service and cleaning
2-take off yr cyl and take it to your local dealer to see if teh cylender is worn to the point were it needs to be re-plated..wear on teh cyl will produce poor power
3-if the bike feels like it lacks power and has no low end at all this happend to my 250....CHECK THE SERVO MOTOR CABLES!
if by any chance a powervalve cable frayed and broke then your bike will not perform good and also make sure they are ajusted properly
DO YOUR CYL LAST RULE OUT 1 AND 3 FIRST!

it is also possible that yr servo motor is shot ive seen this happen on a freinds bike of the same year take your RC valve cover off and make sure the butterfly is working then pull yr cables off and check them to make sure they are not broken

True about the shipping And I have never tried Dyno Port. But what I do know is TLR built me a Supermini that Dyno'ed at 31.5 hoursepower to the rear wheel. We never had a problem with it and it hauled. Know that we are on 125's , we had Todd do some porting for us. What really impressed me was we were at southwick Mass and we were the only 125 2 stroke on the line against 30 other riders in the sand on a up hill start and hole shoted them all weekend, and we were not timeing the gate perfect neither. He takes a ton of pride in his work. Not saying tha Dyno Port dont. For what it would cost in gas to travel to drop off my stuff and pick it up, It would be as cheap to just ship it And I guaranttee you will not be disappointed. Just a thought.
