Does the winch work? How much weight is it limited to? Is it a steel deck?

yes the winch works and it can haul up to 1000lbs or maybe little more thats as much as ive had on it. its all steel frame and 3/4 in deck has springs and shocks. the trailer is nice i just need cash..
