I need a jug from a 05' RM 250, or someone that can re-sleeve mine? Anyone out there?

Go to Powersealusa.com. They did mine for my kawi last year and it was labout $200 but that was striping, welding, honing and nickasealing the cylinder. Came back looking brand new. They do charge you for taking it apart though so make sure it is just the bare cylinder no powervalve just bare cylinder

how much is a new oem jug????   i bought one for a yzf 450  and it was like$275,  id definetely  go that route before id spend  $200 to have someone try to put a sleeve in

Sent it out to USA Chrome had it re-nicklesiled(sp), ported, polished and just finished putting it back together, runs like a champ, thanks.
