Anyone ever had luck with JB welding a rad?

Washer was too big on the mount bolt (a goober musta put it together) and rubbed into the vertical tube of the rad between the fins, left a nice clean 3/16th slit in the face of the tube.

Anyone got a used rad? JB weld seems to work well but would like a solid radiator if possible.
