Purchased in the spring with 116,000 miles to tow the dirt bike and have as a fun toy and it has not even been started for 3 months and has just sat in the garage.  I replaced the multifunction switch(headlights, wipers, fog lights),  sway bar links.  Has a Class III hitch.  This goes down the road like a brand new vehicle.  Has new 31x10.5x15 TIres.  The Brakes are good. 

Things that need attention that If I were to keep I would fix but little things that are not worth me wrenching on to be 100%.
Steering box does leak a little power steering fluid.  (Junkyard $30 bucks, new $129)
I would replace the UJoints in the front as they do click at extreme right and left turns.  Like 12 bucks apiece at Autozone.
The Top of Each front fender is bubbling. Common spot on all wranglers to rust. 
No Back window for the soft top someone sliced the old one and I bought it that way.
Other than that It is in great shape for the milage.
