Its either a 1991 or 1992.  Just cleaned the carb and gas tank, put in new fuel with stabilizer, cleaned the air filter, put in a new plug, and gave it a bath.  wheeler looks ok, some plastics were cracked but nothing some good ole zipties couldnt fix up.  runs good, its been sitting for a few years so it needs to be ran.  These things are a blast to ride as a kid or as an adult. Misc things wrong with it cosmetically.  But it runs great.  Blue and white in color. Someone previously spray painted the white plastics and did a crap job.  Overall just some cheap fun for the kids or adults.
