all it needs is rings to start, its not seized though. i dont have the time or many money since i have a car that needs repairs first. so unfortunatly this is my option since it would be a shame to let the bike set all summer. it has yellow and blue retro plastics. v force 3 reeds. gold series pipe good tires and sprockets. other then the rings its good to go! leave your email as a post and i can send you pictures that way.
