Bike help?

I have a 07 cr125. i can ride it for 3+ hours in my yard with out it leaking anti freze.but when i bring it to the track if i ride for 10 mins or less doing high revs and riding hard the anti freze is down below the fins and not visable anymore.I checked the whole cooling system and there is no leaks in radiators, head gasket, hoses, etc.  Any one have any ideas of what it could be? Thanks in advance.

might be the radiator cap. when the antifreeze gets hot it expands and builds pressure ine the cooling system. if the rad cap spring or the rubber is wore out it will not seal and hold the fluid in. just a suggestion.

just a suggestion, try to rev it up high on a stand or something to see if its leaking from anywhere.. when on a track can you smell it burning at all?

put it under a pressure test.maybe 20 lbs?most of the time the leaks cant be detected until you put it under a pressure test. if its cracked,my guess would be its busted directly underneath the fins on the bottom of the radiator.i had my cr125 have the same problem to it.
also those hoses could be weathered and when the coolant gets really hot it seeps out of the hoses.
ive never seen that case on a motocross bike.but ive seen many cases like that on garden tractors at work
good luck tho!

It could be boiling out of the overflow tube as well. I know it's a 125 but try riding a gear higher to keep the rpms down and see if it leaks/boils out. Really the best way is a pressure/leakdown test though. That will tell you right away if you have a leak and will take all the guess work out of it. Good luck
