new tires last yr
2-new $80 each batteries , 2 months ago
all light work
propane/electric fridge
propane/stove-oven
A/C works great -a must
large master bedroom, with queen size bed
larger bathroom with sink
new skylight
2 doors
2- 30# propane tanks,with new lines
furnace works great
 water heater works great
for asking price will come with, wheel chocks, RV extention cord, leveling stands,receiver hitch with stabilizers. clean used every weekend.
I have awning track ,but cloth ripped and flew away during storm($200 used) found several.
