When you polish your transmission you reduce the friction in your motor. It also shifts so
Much smoother and easier. Here is a link to a difference picture. The difference between a regular suspension and a factory kit is all intervals. When you polish the internals of the suspension the oil moves throughout the valves and internal sping with less friction resulting in a plush suspension feel.

Less inertia = Less friction = Less fuel consumed
Reduction of friction of metal to metal contact parts = Less wear and contact fatigue
Lower operating temperatures = Increased power output and efficiency
Increased power density = Options of larger engines or smaller transmissions
Increased durability = Lower replacement costs and fewer failures

Additional Benefits:

Improved bending fatigue resistance
Reduced lubrication maintenance
Quieter operation
Reduces rotational torque
No metallurgical degradation
No geometrical degradation

All in all when all said and done you gain about 1-5hp
Will post some pictures later

This treatment eliminates metal flakes in the oil and offers a 1-2% increase in horsepower.  This will be the smoothest shifting transmission you have ever experienced.

how much coin???? i would be interested in the tranny polish. i've looked into the coatings for the suspension and the price isnt worth the difference it will make in a five lap moto unless you can get alot better of a deal than most suspension places. let me know.

The price all depends on the weight of the transmissions. I haven't done too much testing yet but it would roughly be a week turnaround and littles trans will be cheaper etc

These prices are tentative.
65-85cc (150f) bikes $120
125-250f $150
450- sixspeed trans $ 175
Sportbike trans $200

Akit ( polishing and debarring, hand polish fork springs, some other internals) $350
bkit ( polishing internals) $200

All of these prices are for the parts being out of their assembles. Aka trans out of the motor, forks and rear shock taken apart. These services are best done during a rebuild and or a fluid change. May be able to work with suspension together etc will do some research. All prices are tentative to change to to material cost etc. If I have enough interest in this I will have a system up and running by nov/dec
