I have a pop up camper that my husband made into our own "toy hauler".. It is a 1998 "Duck" by Dutchmen, Style 801D, Sleeps up to 6, Dinette with under seat storage also folds down for a bed, pump sink with 10 gallon fresh water tank, refigerator, large counter with 3 storage cupboards under, furnace, small counter with another cupboard under, porta potty (we never used it, it fits under one of the counters for storage), 2 Double beds, 2 burner propane stove, awning..... all of this is perfectly set on a homemade trailer approx. 23' long (from front to back) with a deck that is 8' by 7', Deck has one side gate that drops to load/unload,  65 gallon water holding tank mounted on very back, 4 jacks for leveling, 225 x 75 tires on 16"American Racing rims.  It is in really good shape and Looks awesome! I have not ever used the stove, and we only tested the refigerator to make sure it works, however the furnace works perfectly! The inside has some mildew stains on the window flaps, it was like that when we bought it. There arent any major issues at all. We used this for motocross and it has been perfect, now we are just looking to upgrade.  This setup would also be perfect for hunting! Throw your wheeler on the deck and head out for the weekend.. warm and dry! We used the holding tank for the pressure washer but you could really use it for any kind of backup water. I towed this with my F 150 and it tows perfect but my husband says nothing smaller will tow it.. however he isnt sure of the weight.  I do have more pictures by request.
