Its not a specific year it wasnt bought off a dealer at any point it was built from scratch for the msot part. but if i had to put a year on it 2008. and as for selling it whats it worth to you im not gunna make a set price bc im unsure of what its worth to people. i know bikes not quads

2000 yamaha sxr 700 tripple, runs great, new rear front shock, will beat a rx1, has aftermarket clutch kit, can, and vforce reeds, white powermadd handguards, cobra windshield,much much more done to it, has studs up the centor of the track that was just put on, have stock can for it, new plugs and belt,new air filter,new limiter straps,new chain and both new gears in crank case along with fresh crankcase oil,new speedo cable,much much more, crack in hood but has been fixed with fuser 143 looks decent from outside(i know what im doing cuz i took auto body at boces and this is what we do in the class),just put about $350 plus the time spent into it that way its ready to ride, have some extra parts for it
