whats this worth??223


a 1968 all colt ar-15 sporter 2 about 200 rounds thru it all original never taken apart or anything no box all colt with fixed stock with cleaning kit spot in butt with trap door and the usual bayonet lug and threaded barrel obviously no foward assist bought it a few years back as a 1978 and its a 1968 was wondering if they are worth anything? pretty much looks new no scatches blah blah blah thanks for looking

Since this is NY and that lower is obviously a pre-ban it does have a higher intrinsic value due to its ability to be configured in any way desired. If the magwell is not "fenced" it will also appeal to people wishing to make a vietnam style A1 type rifle.
The upper is not anything special but may have value to collectors due to no F/A.

I am not an expert on values but I would guess it is worth about $1000-1200 to the right buyer, possibly more due to its age.
