It's not really a stupid design......one is the oiler cable and one is the throttle cable. You can try searching the forums like Totallyamaha, Amsnow, Snowest and Evilbay and see if you can get a used set from a Mountain Max or Mountain Viper. You can definately get aftermarket stuff from any distributer......I use www.richmotorsports.com. A word to the wise though......if you are going 6" higher you'll also need a brake line. Good luck!

Oh, and one other thing.....the steering stem on the early models were very weak at the top right under the plate. It's just welded under the plate and when you put a big riser on it they snap right off....guaranteed. You need to get a riser out of a 2000 and newer proaction sled because they are reinforced and they wont break. Take it from me, when your bars snap off while you are going down the trail it's more excitement than you are looking for.  I have a reinforced steering stem out of a sled I junked that I'll sell for $40. I'll bring it to the races when I get this damn cast off my arm!

i would like to run a 6 inch riser with sno cross bars so if you think about it its only going to be about another 3 or 4 inches higher than stock b/c the stock bars drop down and the sno cross bars dont..... and powermadd makes a extention kit but they dont have a duel cable one only a single cable extention like skidookid showed... im wondering if i could just buy two of them one for each cable and run it that way?
