Need Shock and fork springs and exhaust for CRF450

I am looking for a 5.9, 6.0 or 6.1 rear shock spring and .49, .50, .51 or .52 fork springs for an 08 CRF450.  Any of these will fit -

 

HONDA   00-07 CR250  /  04-09 CRF250R/X  /  02-09 CRF450X  /  02-08 CRF450
          KAWASAKI  06-10 KX250F
          SUZUKI  04-07 RM125  /  04-08 RM250  /  07-12 RM-Z250  /  05-12 RM-Z450

what weight do you need? i have a set stock fork springs. i also have a set of springs front and rear that are way too stiff for me.

check ebay...i just bought rear shock spring 5.8 for $75 factory connection brand new...

Yeah, I have been looking on there everyday, hoping something pops up, I know new ones are around $100+ and I might just have to do that but I figured if somebody had some used ones laying around I'd save a few bucks. Thank you for the advice though, I'll keep checking ebay and maybe somebody on here will respond.
