straightning bent axle help


i have a lonestar axle on my sons quad, and has a small wobble to it , has anyone had luck s=traightning them , realy dont want to send it to cali, to get it done , may not be back in time

crazy idea but my buddy use his log splitter as a hydrualic press to bend his 450r axle straight and it worked good.

1 he took of the wedge splitter from the ram rod

2 mounted axle perpendicular to splitter (he use steel blocks on each side against the splitter of where he was bending back )

3 use a jack stand top piece ( don't know what they're called) to slid over the ram rod so the curved part went against axle to prevent it from sliding up or down.

4 found the bent spot and pressed away til it was straight

thanks just purchased a new one and talked to lonestar ,they said send it to them and they will straighten it for free,
