Looking for a place to ride and own or have access to a dozer?

I have a practice track on my property and Im looking for someone that would be willing to lend a dozer every now and then so that the track could be maintained and expanded.   In exchange you would have access to ride with your friends and family.  Track is a 5 minute drive from Altamont (about 20 minutes from Guilderland).  If you're interested or know anyone that might be let me know... thanks

What kind of dirt and what town? I've got a compact tractor I've been using on my track for about 10 years. Can't do everything a dozed does, but gets a lot done.

The track is located in the town of Knox.  I would say the dirt is close to, but not quite hard pack.  Similar to Ace or AK Farms, but has a good amount of rocks.  When I first built the track there wasn't many rocks at all but over the past few years seems like they have all come to the surface.  I was thinking a dozer but a compact tractor might do the job.  What town are you in?

I put up a helmet cam video on youtube so you can get an idea of what the track is like;  https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=vP_kZGEeV5g

I was hoping you had some magic soil. It's the same thing I've dealt with for years. Topsoil was sweet but after that it got real rocky. I sold my practice bike so I'm currently on hold.

zip code of the track is 12107. Coming from Auburn you're probably looking at 2 and half hour drive, which seems like a long ways to haul but if that doesn't bother you let me know what day you'll be here!  We could work the track for a bit then ride the rest of the day
