Looking for a begginer bike

In search of a nice first bike for a buddy, looking to spend no more the 1500 but cheaper the better. Nothing smaller then a 125 . Brand doesn't matter and can need work but price must be right, year 2000 or newer. Post info and price or text pictures to 315-771-1712, thanks
