Don't waste your time with an open bow if you plan on a bunch of ppl. 8 ppl on a 23' or less will get real small quick! Get a pontoon if you want to entertain friends..but you'll find out fast who your real friends are....you make friends fast and aquire friends you didn't know you had until you own a boat.. there always there to go out on it but never around when it comes time for gas or clean up time, lol Good luck!

That may b a idea, kids wanted to try water skiing, that was only reason for that style boat, if they r good only tubing, pontoon might. Be a great idea
