2006  KTM SMR450  $4500.00
Clamps, bars, slipper, welded crank, (by KTM ). full FMF pipe W/power bomb. Port and polished head. Bike was on the Dyno at 63 hp to the wheel.
This is a race bike.

Wait whoa....SMR? Isnt that their supermoto bike? If it is what I think it is, those are AMAZING bikes. Can you legalize them for road use easily? Can you post pictures?

You can make them Road ready with a Baja kit for like $400-$500. I will try to get pics up at some point.

I just looked it up. Its EXACTLY what I thought it was. A friend of mine had one...i dont know if he just took good care of it or if their SMR engines differ from their SXF engine but that thing just never stopped kicking. He rode it every single day all day and said he never replaced a single part other than oil filters.

Yes it is a very strong bike, and the motor in this was dane by KTM, not a service shop or dealer. This bike has won many races, and always been taken care of. It has won the #1 plate for loudon NH motard races in 07. It is very fast. You will have no issues with this bike.

you cant make it street legal in NY......You may be able to in Vermont.

WHY? I HAVE HAD TWO OF THEM LEGAL IN VT. ONCE ITS GOT A REG FOR THE ROAD ALL YOU DO IS TRANSFER IT.
