2006 YZ 125 Looking to trade for a 250F

I have a 2006 YZ 125 and Im looking to trade for a 2006 or newer 250F (any brand)
My bike has a Athena 144 kit in it and many extras.
Here are a few pics.( I just took them)

It is a 2006 YZ 125 that I got as a left over in August 2007.
It has 27.5 hours on it and I have raced it 3 times at Miles Mountain in the Vet class.
It has a Ahtena 144 kit, FMF faty pipe and shorty on it. A JD jet kit. Vforce Reed block and reeds. A ride eng complete clamp set 22.5 offset protaper bars ASV levers, Turner axle blocks Cycra hand guards. I have a blue set of wheels for it (no tires on them).
I have all of the take off parts ( cylinder head pipe etc). I have 4 Twin Air air filters. I EBC clutch ( new in October 2008).
New parts in the box
Front and rear sprockets
front and rear brake pads
Throttle tube
clutch cable
spark plug
Complete top end kit for the 125 Cylinder.
Im sure that im forgeting some things.
Tell me what you think and you can make me an offer.
