i have a brand new xbox 360 video game its mx vs. atv reflex. the story is i bought the game and returned it b/c it wasent the right game i was looking for and they wouldn't refund my money or give me store credit (i told them it didnt work even tho it did to try to get my $63.00 back) they said i have to get the same game so i went and got it and figered i would just sell it on here or ebay,well when i went to go check out the lady took the plastic wrap off for some stupid reason, i promise you it is brand new and has never been played i would like to get around what i paid b/c its brand new and just got it today.

ive played it a couple times still in great shape no scratches sold xbox 360 so the game needs to go  $40   cost me $63 new only played mabby 5 times
