schoolboy for quads if i had to guess would be limited to raptor  250s, 300ex, 250x, blasters...ama  rules i think are 12-15 for those

i think ama dropped the age  for  quad  guys on 450s  to 15 too this yr

production  with the big quad  rules means ones  currently in production  which would  exclude  lt80s  and other  older minis  no longer being produced but im not sure if there is a  time period  where  ones no longer produced are still "prodcution"

Quad Production means modified but does not allow for hybrids.

Quad Modified allows for hybrids.

I don't have the exact wording with me.

50 cc 4-8 Limited

90 Production 8- 12, CVT or shifter, no hybrids

School boy 12 - 15, 71 - 300 4-stroke, 71 - 200 2-stroke, CVT or shifter, plus hybrids.

Your son and quad are both legal for the quad schoolboy class.

Mini quads will be run at every CNYMRA points race.  If a track is racing something other than a CNYMRA points event then you will need to call the track and ask what classes they are running. (ex. Northeast Classic warm up race on Saturday, Unadilla Amateur National and Royal Mountain SX)

Thunder Ridge, Broome-Tioga, and Frozen Ocean will have quad tracks this year.

This is a modified class so there are no stock requirements.  So you can have at it with your 300ex

Quad classes use birth-date for age so your child can not run this class until his birthday.
