jetting a RMZ 450 w/ a Athena 490cc kit???

i have a 06 rmz 450 and i put a 490cc athena big bore kit on it.  Love it but having problems jetting it.  I have a pro circuit header and ti-4 silencer on it.  The boot's tight on the carb so no vac leaks and the header is not leaking so no leak there.  No valve float i put stainless intake valves in it.  I put a FMF Stage one carb kit in it.  But its so hard to start hot or cold.   Just looking for some jetting help.  Thanks
