often when heavy riders feel that the forks are stiff its actualy because they are to soft, your weight causes the forks to ride in the lower portion of the travel giving it a super harsh feeling, use the spring calculator on the race tech website and order proper springs for your weight and ajust clickers from there.

I had the right spring in there before and still stiff so I put the stock one back in.

Be sure that your oil levels are correct. Extra oil will make your forks too stiff as well.

Make sure your forks are squared up when mounting your front wheel, lower clamp bolts are torqued to around 15 lbs and if the fork inner and outer bushings are worn much at all it will induce harshness..

Drain ALL of the oil from the outer tubes. Disassemble and replace your springs with lighter springs if you don't do any sizable jumps (your bike is designed for serious motocross with big jumps)!

Reassemble with lighter springs and 11oz of 5wt oil in the outer tubes. You may want to try a set for springs from the offroad model (KLF). They are spec'd for less agressive riding.
