hey coop ill do it for free you got the materials? need 4016 box aluminum .085623 thick 1.5x2.2 about 6 feets cause the ends need extra material and i like to butt double lip it instead of a slip fit cause the dge of the joint put stress risers on the existing arm n they usally develope stress vbocations in side material n eventually lead to failirer,./. when I was with service hoda we never slipped fit them as said. also with a little more material we can just fab a compltete arm which is the superiour way to do it and also if your nstraight nup hill climbing 4340 chromoly tool steel rectilinear 1.75x3.00 .095 thickness has superior strength. tested to 90000psi torsional load and shear. youngs modulous for chromoly is incredin]\ble high iwith a proportion nearing 1 unit in tesla gauss shear tests? whats your thoughta?
