Up for sale is my '04 450r. NO issues with the bike, I just wont be able to ride it much from now until next spring, i have alot of stuff going on with the shop (moving to new location)

here are all the specs. i spared nothing when it came to quality as i do suspension and such for a living


*stock bore with a 11.5:1 JE piston 8 hrs ago, OEM gaskets (nothing blew, time to ditch stock heavy piston)
*sparks drop in MX cam

*hour-tach meter
*nicely ported head, stock valves (new). ported by jsatv in VT, a customer of mine originated from florida, knows the 450 very well!
*bottom end looked thru at top end job, all was super clean. I have had the machine for 4 years. original owner rode it stock on dirt roads and farm fields
*STOCK TRANSMISSION, NOTHING MODDED
*all NYS paperwork in order
*stepped header ESR exhaust in good shape. mid to top end pipe, machine has gobbs of low end power and runs with 480's no problem!
*stock 04/05 carb and airbox, 2 no toil filters to go with it, hrc style lid on it
*no rips in the seat of damage to plastics, very clean
*DID x-ring chain driving a 13-39 system
*pro armour nerfs in good shape. not mint but not falling apart
*stock axle, no bends or issues
*oil changed every 1 to 1.5 hrs of use, tranny fluid changed every 3rd oil change
*tusk clutch kit with tusk springs. stock basket, all gears grab just fine
*houser slicast +2 extended travel a-arms and tie rods
*tether switch assy
*no major frame repairs or issues with frame as it sits
* i have the complete stock exhaust system, headlamp, tail lamp and hood to go back to stock if need be at no extra charge to buyer!
ALL THE FOLLOWING HAVE ROUGHLY 12 HRS USE, NEW THIS SPRING
*pro taper quick adjust clutch perch, stock brake lever
*pro taper contour fat bars on a ZBROZ ARSFX +1 anti vibestem
*dwt beadlock rears, rolled lip 4/1 fronts with DWT tires as seen, no plugs or tire issues
*pro armour bulldog front bumper (have stock too for buyer to have)
*ZBROZ long travel gold link rear. comp-rebound shock ($1125 new)
*ZBROZ extended travel dual rate comp-reb fronts. stock shock location on the housers BUT how i set them up alllows for ALOT of wheel travel ($1395 new)
*aftermarket billet dual row rear carrier

The suspension works amazing, the power is very nice, buyer will be pleased and I stand behind the quality of the quad, it wont be a lemon!


$4500 as listed and seen in pics with the whole zbroz suspension OR $3400 with stock 450r shocks revalved to your needs at no additional charge!
