YZ 85 Motocross Set Up

Hi Everyone , My name is Clay. I used to race quad AM in distric 3 back in the late 80s and 90s . Now I have a couple of boys who are just itching to give MX a try . Here is my question. I am looking for the most common gear ratio front and back that would be used on the following bike for a track like Royal :

 

2011 Yamaha YZ 85 , FMF fatty pipe and a V Force 3i reed cage.

 

Also looking to find out what the best moto cross tirres are now a days for the front and the back.

 

Last of all I live in Rome NY and would like to no where the best place is to go to have the suspension done. Any and all info would be greatly appreciated. Thanks again !..

i got a2008 yz85 raced once. very well kept.it starts 1st or second kick. its got a few extras. asking 1800 orbo. and one of the guys that i ride with does suspention setups. thecompany is liquidreaction. goto his website liquidreaction.com
