Online Membership Renewal

Anyone try to use the online membership renewal on the home screen?  Step 2, when I click on the paypal link, brings me to "page cannot be displayed in a frame," with a link to open the page in a new window, which just goes to the paypal home screen. If I can just do it there, with whatever email is accepting payment, that works. Any assistance is appreciated. Thanks
