I buy all my gas at Taylors in Cooperstown. They keep C-12 in stock but will order anything else you want.  If you take your own can they will sell it by the gallon or you gan go pick up a 55 gallon barrel if you like. It's not as close to oneonta but they also sell it at Excell Motorsports in Sherburne (315) 691 6916.

Taylors 607 547 9944.  I just called there because I'm almost out. They are currently selling VP C-12 for $12 a gallon or $635 for a 55 gallon barrel ($635 includes the $10 deposit on the barrel).

True, running race gas in a stock engine will make less power. If your engine isn't stock then you need to talk to your engine builder about what gas it is set up for.

Yes, we run C-12 in our two strokes.....it all depends on your compression, port design, head design and timing. Depending on what is done to your two stroke you may or may not need race gas.

Fairway fuels in fonda right next to the thruway exit has cam2 110 for 8.75 a gallon and the Fastrac on Oriskany Blvd. in Utica has the same thing for 9.99 a gallon. Neither are really close to Oneonta but if you are out that way its good to know..  Most fastrac stations are selling non-ethanol 91octane now. If you are not running too much compression that would be a good way to go. Straight leaded race gas in a stock or near stock 2 stroke can be a waste of money and performance.
