wanted springs for a 2011 yz450f motorcycle

NEED SPRINGS FOR A 2012 YZ450F STOCK IS TOO STIFF FOR MY SONE ALSO NEED STARTING GATE RAMPS AND LOWER SUBFRAMNE. mY SON IS 10 YEARS OLD AND WEIGHS IN AT 76 LBS WITHOUT GEAR ON HE IS ABOUT 4 FOOT TALL. i NEED TO GET THE PROPER SPRING RATES FRONT AND REAR FOR HIM. ALSO NEED TO HAVE THE INFORMATION TO HELP ME REVALVE HIS SHOCK AND FORKS SINCE THE STOCK SETTING ARE NOT PROPER FOR HIS WEIGHT. i AM TOLD THE BIKE IS INTENDED TO ACCOMECATE A 165 POUND RIDER IN SHOWROOM SETUP. yAMAHA ONLY OFFERS A VERY LIMITED RANGE OF SPRING RATE, AND RACETECH WASNTY MUCH HELP EITHER THE TECH EITHER HUNG UP ON ME OR WE GOT DISSOCNNECTED???? SO iF ANYONE HAS SPRINGS LEFT OVER FROM THEIR KIDS SET UP ON A 450 HIT ME UP.

ALSO NEED THOSE RAMPS OR BLOCKS AT THE STARTING GATE SO HE CAN TOUCH THE GROUND SO TO SPEAK. HE HAS A HRAD TIME DOING HOLESHOTS WITH OUT 5 GALLON BUCKETS ON EITHER SIDE OF BIKE WHEN STARTING. bUT i FEEL buckets will take up too much room and hider fellow riders at the gate so I was think I saw some narrower looking aluminum ramp type starting blocks. also could use a shorter subframe and shaved seat maybe.

we are going thru the motor ourselves since I know how to work on motors too. we bought a bigbore kits with a cosworth piston, we had the head ported by procircuit and used delwest valves on bronze seats for better cooling. also had stage 7 cams installed with recommended springs. we are running c14 as the compression is a bit high with the cosworth but owrth it as this thing runs crisp. we had ceramic bearing installed for the crank and tranny. Tranny was rewroked by murdock racing they shotpeend and magged every gear and shaft n spacers, we had them back cut both sides of the dogs for smother shifting. we do however need a lifted shifter if anyone has one. he cant reach the shifter and no one sells a raised shifter belive it of not. they sell shorter shifters but not raised one, so we will probably have to make one. rear brake was an easy fix we eliminated the clutch and used a ktm clutch master to operate the rear brake. N INSTALLED A HINSON SLIPPER CLUTCH. WE WILL PROBALY GWT A LOW PROFILE TIRE TO LOWER THE BIKE A BIT. WE CUT THE BARS DOWN TO 16 INCHES WIDE SO HE CAN HANG ON BETTER BUT BIKE STILL GETS AWAY FROM HIM NO N THEN BUT HE IS DOING WELL ON IT.

WE REALLY COULD USE SOME HELP WITH THE SUSPENSION THOUGH. SEEMS THESE BIGTIME COMPANYS , BELIEVE IT OR NOT DONT OFFER ANY TYPE OF GUIDANCE ON SUSPENSION UNLESS YOUR THE TYPICAL SIZED RIDER. SO IF ANYONE HAS SPRINGS SUBRAME AND SHIFTER LAYING AROUND FROM THIER KIDS 450 I WOULD APPRECIATE YOU SELLING THEM TO AND i REALIZE THEY R WORTH A LOT AS THEY ARE HARD TOP COME BY. MY SON IS ANXIOUS TO GET THESE PARTS AS HE IS GETTING BOUNCED AROUND A LOT ON THE WHOOPS AND RIDING IN3RD. HE REALLY NEEDS TO BE IN FORTH BUIT ITS TO HARD TO TAKE OFF IN 4TH UNLESS HE IS IN SAND. ALSO WE NEED HELP PROGRAMMING THE COMPUE=TER AS THE PREPROGRAMMED PROGRAMS ARE NOT EXACTLY CORRECT FOR OUR EXHAUST SYSTEM. I MADE THE EXHAUST MY SELF TO ELIMINATE THE WIASTED PIPE ON THE STOCK STYLE EXHAUST. THEY HAD A CIRCLE OF PIPE UNDER THE SEAT WHICH ADDED TO MUCH WEIGHT. WE RUND A STRAIGHTER PIPE THAT GOES FROM EXHAUST SPIGGOT STRAIGHT TO MUFFLES. BENDDING THE TITANIUM WAS TUFF BUT WE GOT A HOLD OF A HYDRAULIC EXHAUST BENDER FROM AN OLD SUPERIOR MUFFLER SHOP AT AUCTION. BUT HAD TO HAVE A SHOP WELD IT AS THE TITSANIUM WAS HARD FOR ME TO WELD. I COULD HAVE BRAZED IT BUT DIDNT WANT TO HAVE THE GOLDEN COLOR OF BRAZE RUIN THE LOOKS.

i COME ON HERE FRQUENTLY AND WILL LOOK FOR YOUR HELP THANK YOU VERY MUCH AND MY SON THANKS YOU TOO.
