Permalink   Bought a 93 rm guy said just stator needs to be changed , got a new one , threw it on and have great spark but wouldn't start I then thought it could be the carb so I bought a whole new one and just put it on still won't start has fresh gas and all please help __________________ Danielbudhraj

admin Pro Poster Status: Offline Posts: 529 Date: Jun 10, 2017	Permalink   I believe that bike uses reed valves in the intake tract.  If they are bad the bike wont run even if it has spark, compression and gas!  I'd run a compression test and inspect the reed valves. __________________
